The delivery time has passed—where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered on time. However, delays can occasionally happen during shipping.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
I’m not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Yes! You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number is included in your order confirmation email.
Look for a code like #arrilavo12345
near the top.
You can enter that number on our tracking page to check your order status.
My tracking number isn’t showing any updates. Why?
Please make sure you've entered your tracking number correctly (e.g. #arrilavo7489
).
Tracking details typically become available once your package has been scanned by the courier.
This may take 24–48 hours after shipping.
